RAZZLE DAZZLE pillars were inspired when I was the Artist in Residence at the Diefenbunker Museum in 2020. The RAZZLE DAZZLE motif was inspired by the WWI war ships what were painted in a RAZZLE DAZZLE motif to confuse other ships as to their size and speed. For this RAZZLE DAZZLE pattern, I knitted small black and white stripes. These were then enlarged and placed onto fabric and clothing was made.
